Gus Dapperton in San Francisco

Gus Dapperton is an American singer, songwriter and producer from Warwick, New York, who makes synth-led indie pop. Early songs including “Prune, You Talk Funny” and “I’m Just Snacking” established his off-centre pop style before the albums Where Polly People Go to Read and Orca; he also appeared on BENEE’s “Supalonely.” In 2019, Gus Dapperton performed at Coachella while touring the material from Where Polly People Go to Read. Later that summer, his full-band show reached the Reading and Leeds festivals.
