Guy King is an Israeli-born blues and jazz guitarist, singer and songwriter born in 1977. He moved to the United States in 1999 and later settled in Chicago, developing a style that draws on blues, jazz and soul. His albums include Livin’ It, By Myself, I Am Who I Am and It Is What It Is, Truth and Joy Is Coming.

King spent six years playing in Willie Kent’s band The Gents and eventually became its bandleader. He began his solo career in 2006, performing as guitarist and vocalist under the name Guy King.
