Hannibal Buress in Springfield

Hannibal Buress is an American stand-up comedian, actor and writer, born in Chicago in 1983. His comedy uses dry delivery, digressive storytelling and close observations of everyday situations, heard on releases including My Name Is Hannibal and Animal Furnace. He also played Lincoln Rice in Broad City, co-hosted The Eric Andre Show and wrote for Saturday Night Live and 30 Rock. In 2014, he taped his second Comedy Central special at The Vic Theatre. He followed it by recording Comedy Camisado at the Varsity Theater in Minneapolis; Netflix released the special in 2016. Miami Nights was filmed at the Olympia Theater and released online in 2020.
