Harry Manx in Nova Scotia

Harry Manx is a Canadian guitarist, singer and songwriter who plays acoustic blues and folk shaped by Indian classical music. After studying Mohan veena with Vishwa Mohan Bhatt in India, he made the instrument central to recordings such as Dog My Cat and Wise and Otherwise, alongside slide guitar and harmonica. Live at the Glenn Gould Studio documented a Toronto concert and the multi-instrumental format of his stage work. He has also performed at major folk and blues gatherings, including Byron Bay Bluesfest in Australia and the Montreal International Jazz Festival.
