I Am The Avalanche is an American punk rock band formed in Brooklyn in 2004 by vocalist Vinnie Caruana after The Movielife disbanded. Their melodic, forceful take on punk and pop-punk is documented on the albums I Am the Avalanche, Avalanche United, Wolverines and Dive, while “Brooklyn Dodgers” and “The Shape I’m In” are among their best-known songs. I Am The Avalanche played Vans Warped Tour during the band’s early years, part of the extensive road work around its debut. In 2011, they joined the North American co-headlining tour by Bayside and Saves the Day after releasing Avalanche United.
Dikembe is an American emo and indie-punk band formed in Gainesville, Florida, in 2010. The band is known for the EP Chicago Bowls, the song “Scottie Spliffen” and albums including Broad Shoulders, Mediumship, Hail Something and Muck. Dikembe has performed at The Fest, the long-running punk gathering in its hometown, and has toured beyond Florida through DIY clubs and small rock venues across the United States.
