Artist
Held By Trees is a British instrumental project led by composer and producer David Joseph. Its debut album, Solace, is built around guitars, piano, ambient textures and jazz-inflected ensemble playing. Contributors included former Talk Talk collaborators Robbie McIntosh, Martin Ditcham and Mark Feltham. Held By Trees recorded a live performance of Solace at Real World Studios, using an ensemble drawn from the album sessions. In 2023, the project brought that repertoire to Bush Hall in London.
