Hooverphonic in Ramonville St Agne

Hooverphonic is a Belgian band formed in Sint-Niklaas in 1995. Their music moves through trip-hop, electronic pop and orchestral pop, first heard on the album A New Stereophonic Sound Spectacular and its single “2Wicky.” The group later became closely associated with “Mad About You” and the album The Magnificent Tree. In 2012, Hooverphonic presented its catalogue with an orchestra at Queen Elisabeth Hall in Antwerp and recorded the concerts for Hooverphonic with Orchestra. In 2021, the group brought “The Wrong Place” to the Eurovision Song Contest, performing the song in the final in Rotterdam.
