Hot Rod Circuit in Nashville

Hot Rod Circuit is an American emo and indie-rock band formed in Auburn, Alabama, in 1997. The group became closely associated with the Vagrant Records scene through albums including If It’s Cool with You, It’s Cool with Me, Sorry About Tomorrow and Reality’s Coming Through; “The Pharmacist” is among its best-known songs. Hot Rod Circuit toured on the Vagrant America package and spent much of the 2000s playing clubs and theatres before closing its original run with a farewell tour in 2007. The band later reunited for selected performances, including the revived Krazy Fest in Louisville in 2011.
