About House Gospel Choir
House Gospel Choir is a British vocal ensemble founded in London in 2014 by Natalie Maddix. The group performs house music through gospel-style choral arrangements and is known for versions of club standards including “Show Me Love” and “Gypsy Woman,” as well as the album RE//CHOIRED.
The choir headlined KOKO during its early run of London concerts and later marked its tenth anniversary with a concert at the Royal Albert Hall. Its stage format centres on massed vocals supported by live musicians and electronic house production.
The group also carried that format onto the festival stages of Glastonbury and Latitude Festival.
