Artists
Hue and Cry are a Scottish pop duo formed in Glasgow in 1983 by brothers Pat and Greg Kane. Their soul-based pop became known through the singles “Labour of Love” and “Looking for Linda,” and the albums Seduced and Abandoned and Remote. In 1988, Hue and Cry performed at the Nelson Mandela 70th Birthday Tribute at Wembley Stadium. Their late-1980s concerts were also documented on the live album Bitter Suite.
Roachford is a British soul-rock act formed in London in 1987 around singer, songwriter and keyboard player Andrew Roachford. The self-titled debut album produced “Cuddly Toy,” while later releases brought songs including “Only to Be with You,” “The Way I Feel” and “Family Man.” Roachford toured as a support act for Terence Trent D'Arby and INXS during the group's early years, followed by headline theatre dates and festival appearances. Andrew Roachford has also toured as a vocalist with Mike + The Mechanics since joining the group in 2010, alongside concerts under the Roachford name. Those shows use a full band led by vocalist and keyboard player Andrew Roachford.
