I Prevail in Manchester

I Prevail is an American metalcore band formed in Southfield, Michigan, in 2013. A heavy cover of Taylor Swift’s “Blank Space” brought the group early attention, followed by the albums Lifelines, Trauma and True Power. Their best-known original songs include “Bow Down,” “Breaking Down” and “Hurricane.” The 2022 True Power Tour took I Prevail through North American venues, joined by Pierce the Veil, Fit for a King and Stand Atlantic. In 2024, the band returned to North American arenas and amphitheatres on a co-headlining tour with Halestorm.

Polaris are an Australian metalcore band formed in Sydney in 2012. They are known for tightly structured heavy music built around screamed and clean vocals, down-tuned guitars and melodic passages. Their albums include The Mortal Coil, The Death of Me and Fatalism, while “Lucid,” “Masochist” and “Nightmare” are among their best-known songs. In 2019, Polaris joined Architects on the Australian leg of the Holy Hell tour, which also featured While She Sleeps. Pandemic delays pushed back their own The Death of Me headline run, eventually staged across Australia in 2022. After guitarist Ryan Siew died in 2023, the band postponed its Australian Fatalism tour; the rescheduled shows went ahead later that year with August Burns Red, Kublai Khan TX and Currents.
