In This Moment in Houston

In This Moment is an American metal band formed in Los Angeles in 2005 by vocalist Maria Brink and guitarist Chris Howorth. Their early records drew on metalcore, while albums including Blood, Black Widow and Ritual moved toward alternative and industrial metal. Their best-known songs include “Whore,” “Blood,” “Adrenalize” and “Sick Like Me.” The band performed on Ozzfest in 2007 and later joined Disturbed and Korn on Music as a Weapon V. Headlining runs followed under the Black Widow Tour and Half God Half Devil Tour names. In 2023, they co-headlined the Dark Horizon Tour with Motionless in White and the Kiss of Death Tour with Ice Nine Kills. Their full-band concerts are structured as theatrical sets, using costume changes and choreographed appearances by the Blood Girls.
