Interpol is an American rock band formed in New York City in 1997. They play taut post-punk and are known for the albums Turn On the Bright Lights and Antics, including the songs “Obstacle 1,” “PDA,” “Evil” and “Slow Hands.” In 2017, Interpol marked the debut album’s fifteenth anniversary by performing it in full on tour. Five years later, the band and Spoon co-headlined the Lights, Camera, Factions tour across North America. Interpol has performed at Coachella and Glastonbury and has returned to Barcelona for multiple editions of Primavera Sound.
DIIV are an American rock band formed in Brooklyn in 2011 by singer and guitarist Zachary Cole Smith. Their music draws on shoegaze, dream pop and post-punk, and they are known for the albums Oshin, Is the Is Are, Deceiver and Frog in Boiling Water, as well as songs including “Doused” and “Under the Sun.” DIIV played Coachella in 2013 during the touring cycle for their debut album. They later mounted a North American co-headlining tour with Deafheaven in 2022 and opened selected dates on Depeche Mode’s Memento Mori Tour in 2023. In 2024, the band took its fourth album to clubs and theatres on the Frog in Boiling Water Tour.
