Minor Majority is a Norwegian indie-pop and rock band formed in Oslo in 2000 by Pål Angelskår and Andreas Berczelly. Their acoustic-rooted songwriting is represented by the albums If I Told You, You Were Beautiful and Reasons to Hang Around, as well as the song “Dancing in the Backyard.” Minor Majority ended its first run with a farewell concert at Sentrum Scene in Oslo in 2010. They returned to the stage in 2014 and later resumed performing in Norway, Germany and France.
