Into It. Over It. is the American emo and indie-rock project of singer-songwriter Evan Weiss, begun in 2007 and long based in Chicago. Weiss introduced the project through 52 Weeks, for which he wrote, recorded and released one song every week for a year. Its principal albums include Proper, Intersections, Standards and Figure. In 2016, Into It. Over It. co-headlined a North American tour with The World Is a Beautiful Place & I Am No Longer Afraid to Die; Pinegrove and The Sidekicks opened portions of the run. Weiss has performed the songs both in solo acoustic sets and with a full electric band. Festival appearances have included Riot Fest in Chicago and The Fest in Gainesville.
NNAMDÏ is an American songwriter, rapper and multi-instrumentalist based in Chicago. His music draws on experimental hip-hop, indie rock, R&B and art pop, and he is known for the albums DROOL, BRAT and Please Have a Seat. In 2021, NNAMDÏ performed at Pitchfork Music Festival in Chicago. The following year he toured behind Please Have a Seat, fronting a live band and marking the album’s release with a headline show at Metro.
