IQ are a British neo-progressive rock band formed in Southampton in 1981. Their music is built around extended compositions, keyboards and guitar-led arrangements, and the band is known for albums including The Wake, Ever, Subterranea, Dark Matter and The Road of Bones. The Subterranea tour presented the 1997 double album as a complete staged performance, later documented on Subterranea: The Concert. IQ subsequently revisited an earlier album for The Wake in Concert, while recurring Christmas concerts have brought the band to De Boerderij in Zoetermeer and venues in London.
