Israel & New Breed in Hong Kong

Israel & New Breed is an American gospel and worship ensemble formed in 1995 by singer, songwriter and worship leader Israel Houghton. The group is known for live-centered albums including New Season, Live from Another Level and Alive in South Africa, and for worship songs such as “You Are Good,” “Friend of God” and “Again I Say Rejoice.” Live from Another Level was recorded at The Potter’s House in Dallas, placing the ensemble’s band, choir and lead vocals in a church setting central to its work. Alive in South Africa later documented performances in Cape Town, while A Deeper Level was recorded at Lakewood Church in Houston.
