James Marriott in Brisbane

James Marriott is a British singer-songwriter, guitarist and online creator who was born in Switzerland and raised in England. He plays indie and alternative rock with power-pop hooks, and is known for songs including “Grapes,” “Sleeping on Trains” and “So Long,” as well as the EP Bitter Tongues and debut album Are We There Yet? The Bitter Tour took his full-band show through the UK and continental Europe. He followed it with the Are We There Yet? Tour, performing in larger clubs and theatres, while the same period included appearances at Reading and Leeds Festivals.
