Jamie Woon in Vilnius

Jamie Woon is a British singer, songwriter and producer born in London in 1983. He makes soul and R&B shaped by sparse electronic production. His early releases included a version of “Wayfaring Stranger” and the singles “Night Air” and “Lady Luck,” followed by the albums Mirrorwriting and Making Time. Jamie Woon’s early solo performances used vocals, guitar and loop pedals to build songs such as “Wayfaring Stranger” in real time. After the release of his debut album, he toured with a band and performed at Glastonbury Festival in 2011.
