Jazz Emu in Cardiff

Jazz Emu is the musical-comedy character created and performed by British comedian and musician Archie Henderson. The act pairs funk and synth-pop with deadpan lyrics and meticulously styled videos; songs including “Still Waiting,” “How to Socialise” and “Light Touch” helped establish the character online. The touring show You Shouldn’t Have was followed by Knight Fever, placing original songs within a character-led comedy narrative. Jazz Emu has also presented this musical-comedy format at the Edinburgh Festival Fringe.
