About Jerkcurb
Jerkcurb is the recording name of British songwriter, musician and visual artist Jacob Read. His music draws on dream pop, lo-fi pop and psychedelia; songs including “Night on Earth,” “Somerton Beach” and “Voodoo Saloon” appeared on his debut album, Air Con Eden.
Jerkcurb played early shows at the Windmill in Brixton, a venue closely associated with the South London musicians around his work. In 2019, he brought songs from Air Con Eden to a headline show at Village Underground.
