About Jeromes Dream
Jeromes Dream is an American screamo band formed in Connecticut in 1997. Their music is built on brief, dissonant songs, abrupt rhythmic shifts and extreme vocals; key releases include Seeing Means More Than Safety, Presents and the later albums LP and The Gray in Between.
In the late 1990s and early 2000s, Jeromes Dream played basements and DIY venues, and vocalist Jeff Smith became known for screaming without a microphone at many early shows. After reuniting in 2018, the band returned to live performance in 2019 and appeared at Sound and Fury in Los Angeles.
