Jesse & Joy in Ottawa

Jesse & Joy are a Mexican pop duo formed in Mexico City in 2005 by siblings Jesse Huerta and Joy Huerta. Their Spanish-language pop and pop-rock catalogue includes “Espacio sideral,” “¡Corre!,” “Dueles” and the albums ¿Con Quién Se Queda el Perro? and Un Besito Más. The Un Besito Más Tour took the duo through Latin America, Spain and the United States, followed in a later album cycle by the Clichés Tour. Across these tours, Jesse & Joy have repeatedly performed at the Auditorio Nacional. Their concerts use a full-band format centered on Joy Huerta’s lead vocals and Jesse Huerta’s guitar and keyboard parts.
