Jessica Lea Mayfield in Los Angeles

Jessica Lea Mayfield is an American singer-songwriter and guitarist from Kent, Ohio, who plays indie folk, alternative country and guitar-driven indie rock. Her early work with producer Dan Auerbach led to the album With Blasphemy So Heartfelt, which includes “Kiss Me Again”; later releases include Tell Me, Make My Head Sing... and Sorry Is Gone. Jessica Lea Mayfield toured with The Black Keys and The Avett Brothers during the period surrounding her early albums. She later recorded Seth Avett & Jessica Lea Mayfield Sing Elliott Smith and performed its Elliott Smith repertoire on tour with Seth Avett.
