About Jessy Lanza
Jessy Lanza is a Canadian singer, songwriter and producer born in Hamilton, Ontario, in 1985. She makes electronic pop shaped by synth-pop, R&B and club music. Her 2013 debut album, Pull My Hair Back, was made with Junior Boys member Jeremy Greenspan and included “Kathy Lee”; later releases include Oh No, All the Time and Love Hallucination, as well as the songs “It Means I Love You” and “Lick in Heaven.”
Jessy Lanza opened for Caribou on the Our Love tour after singing on the Caribou track “Second Chance.” In 2016, the touring cycle for Oh No included a performance at Pitchfork Music Festival in Chicago.
