Jethro Tull in Copenhagen

Jethro Tull are a British rock band formed in Blackpool in 1967, led by singer, songwriter and flautist Ian Anderson. Their music draws on progressive rock, folk and hard rock, and Anderson’s flute became a central part of their sound. The band are known for the albums Aqualung and Thick as a Brick, as well as songs including “Living in the Past” and “Locomotive Breath.” In 1968, Jethro Tull appeared in London for The Rolling Stones Rock and Roll Circus. They performed at the Isle of Wight Festival in 1970, and that set was later released as Nothing Is Easy: Live at the Isle of Wight 1970. A 1978 concert at Madison Square Garden was broadcast internationally, while their 2003 performance at the Montreux Jazz Festival became Live at Montreux 2003.
