Jim Brickman in Sioux Falls

Jim Brickman is an American pianist and songwriter, born in Cleveland in 1961, who plays instrumental pop, new age and adult-contemporary music. His debut album, No Words, included “Rocket to the Moon,” while his vocal collaborations include “Valentine” with Martina McBride, “The Gift” with Collin Raye and Susan Ashton, and “Destiny” with Jordan Hill and Billy Porter. In 2000, My Romance: An Evening with Jim Brickman brought his piano-led concert format to PBS, including appearances by guest singers. Seasonal theatre tours later became a recurring part of his live work under titles including The Gift of Christmas and A Christmas Celebration.
