Artists
Jimmy Eat World is an American alternative-rock band formed in Mesa, Arizona, in 1993. Their guitar-driven mix of emo, power pop and pop punk is best known through the album Bleed American and the songs “The Middle” and “Sweetness”; the follow-up Futures added “Pain” and “Work” to their catalogue. On the 2002 Pop Disaster Tour, Jimmy Eat World opened North American amphitheatre dates for Blink-182 and Green Day. The band marked the tenth anniversary of Clarity with the 2009 Clarity x 10 tour, performing the album in full, and later co-headlined The Amplified Echoes Tour with Manchester Orchestra in 2023.
Ruby Fields is an Australian singer-songwriter and guitarist from Cronulla in southern Sydney, known for candid indie-rock songs led by her voice and electric guitar. Singles including “I Want,” “P Plates” and “Dinosaur” received airplay on triple j, and “Dinosaur” was voted into the station’s Hottest 100. Her debut album, Been Doin’ It for a Bit, followed in 2021. The 2019 Permanent Hermit tour took Ruby Fields and her band through Australian club and theatre venues after the release of her second EP. In 2022 she returned to headline rooms around the country on the Been Doin’ It for a Bit Australian Tour.
