Comedian
Jo Koy is an American stand-up comedian and actor, born in Tacoma, Washington, in 1971. He is known for observational routines about parenthood, his Filipino American family and cultural misunderstandings, as well as the specials Live from Seattle, Comin’ In Hot and Live from the Los Angeles Forum. He also starred in the family comedy Easter Sunday, which drew on elements of his own life. Live from Seattle was filmed at the Moore Theatre and released in 2017. Jo Koy later took the Just Kidding World Tour to audiences around the world, then recorded Live from the Los Angeles Forum at the Kia Forum for its 2022 release.
