Joan As Police Woman in London

Joan As Police Woman is the solo project of American singer-songwriter and multi-instrumentalist Joan Wasser, formed in New York in 2002. Her music draws on indie rock, soul and intimate songwriting; key releases include the debut album Real Life, To Survive and The Deep Field, home to the song “The Magic.” The tour for Real Life took Joan As Police Woman through clubs and theatres in Europe and North America. Further headline tours followed the releases of Damned Devotion and The Solution Is Restless, while festival appearances have included Glastonbury and Primavera Sound in Barcelona.
