John Kearns in Newcastle upon Tyne

John Kearns is an English stand-up comedian known for carefully constructed, digressive routines performed in a monk-style wig and oversized false teeth. His television work includes competing on Taskmaster. At the 2013 Edinburgh Festival Fringe, his debut solo show Sight Gags for Perverts won the Best Newcomer prize; a year later, Shtick won Best Comedy Show, making him the first comedian to take both awards in consecutive years. He later toured British theatres with Don't Worry They're Here, followed by The Varnishing Days.
