Jörg Bausch is a German Schlager singer, songwriter and producer, born in Essen in 1973. His music is rooted in Discofox, and he is known for songs including “Großes Kino” and “Dieser Flug”; he also writes and produces much of his own material. The live album and DVD Total verbauscht documented his concert repertoire in an extended stage format. He has also presented his own headline concerts in Oberhausen, bringing his Discofox songs together for audiences beyond the usual short Schlager-party appearance.
