Jorge & Mateus are a Brazilian sertanejo duo formed in Itumbiara, Goiás, in 2005 by singers Jorge Alves Barcelos and Mateus Pedro Liduário. They became known through songs including “Pode Chorar,” “Amo Noite e Dia,” “Aí Já Era” and “Sosseguei,” while live recordings became a central part of their catalog.

Ao Vivo em Goiânia introduced their concert format on record, and the duo later filmed A Hora É Agora in Jurerê Internacional, Florianópolis. Their stage history also reached major international rooms through Live in London, recorded at the Royal Albert Hall.
