Josie Long in Bath

Josie Long is an English stand-up comedian, writer and broadcaster, born in Sidcup in 1982. Her comedy draws on autobiography, politics and handmade visual material; she is also the presenter of BBC Radio 4’s Short Cuts and the writer and star of the film Super November. Kindness and Exuberance won Best Newcomer at the 2006 Edinburgh Festival Fringe. She later received three successive Edinburgh Comedy Award nominations for Be Honourable, The Future Is Another Place and Romance and Adventure, and took further solo shows around British theatres. Tender subsequently became another nationwide theatre tour.
