Junior Brother in Nottingham

Junior Brother is the performing name of Irish songwriter Ronan Kealy, a County Kerry musician whose work draws on experimental folk and rock. His wiry guitar patterns and sharply phrased vocals are heard on the albums Pull the Right Rope and The Great Irish Famine, as well as the song “Hungover at Mass.” Junior Brother has performed at Other Voices and Glastonbury Festival using acoustic guitar, voice and foot percussion. He took that solo format into support dates for The Proclaimers and Glen Hansard.
