Kaan Tangöze is a Turkish singer-songwriter and guitarist, born in Istanbul in 1973 and best known as the lead vocalist of the rock band Duman. His work with the group includes the albums Eski Köprünün Altında and Belki Alışman Lazım, while his solo album Gölge Etme turns toward acoustic rock and Anatolian folk material. After Gölge Etme appeared in 2015, Kaan Tangöze presented its songs in solo acoustic concerts built around his voice, guitar and harmonica. These sets have placed tracks including “Bekle Dedi Gitti” and “Bir Kız Bana Emmi Dedi” beside songs associated with Duman.
