Kai Strauss is a German blues singer, guitarist and songwriter, born in Lengerich, Westphalia, in 1970 and raised in Osnabrück. His albums include Electric Blues, I Go by Feel, Getting Personal, Live in Concert and In My Prime. Electric Blues and I Go by Feel received Blues in Germany awards for best album, and his Electric Blues All-Stars won German Blues Awards for best band in 2016 and 2019. From 1995 to 2010, Strauss toured Europe with Texas singer and harmonica player Memo Gonzalez and the Bluescasters. After that period he began performing under his own name, then formed Kai Strauss & The Electric Blues All-Stars in 2014.
