Kana Hanazawa in Yokohama

Kana Hanazawa is a Japanese voice actress and pop singer, born in Tokyo in 1989. Her best-known anime roles include Nadeko Sengoku in the Monogatari series, Kanade Tachibana in Angel Beats! and Mayuri Shiina in Steins;Gate. She began releasing music under her own name with “Hoshizora Destination” and issued her first album, Claire; she also sang Nadeko’s character song “Renai Circulation.” In 2015, her Blue Avenue concert tour included her first solo performance at Nippon Budokan. She followed it in 2017 with the Opportunity tour, built around the album of the same name.
