About Kapitán Demo
Kapitán Demo is the Czech comedy-rap persona of musician and producer Jiří Burian. The project satirizes consumer culture, celebrity excess and hip-hop bravado through songs including “Zlatíčka” and “Cítím vůni peněz,” as well as albums such as Mládí v trapu and Řekni mámě ať ti koupí Bentley.
Kapitán Demo staged a headline concert at Prague’s Forum Karlín and later brought the character-led rap show to the O2 arena.
