Karsu in Eindhoven

Karsu is a Dutch singer, pianist and songwriter of Turkish descent, born in Amsterdam in 1990. She works across jazz, pop and Turkish music, and is known for the albums Confession, Colors and Karsu, as well as songs including “Jest Oldu” and “Sonunda.” Her early concert history included a performance at Carnegie Hall in New York while she was still a teenager. She later developed Karsu Plays Atlantic Records, a concert program dedicated to the music associated with label co-founder Ahmet Ertegun, and has also performed at the North Sea Jazz Festival and the Concertgebouw.
