Kim Mitchell & David Wilcox in Windsor

Kim Mitchell is a Canadian rock singer and guitarist, born in Sarnia, Ontario, in 1952. He first became known as the frontman of hard-rock band Max Webster, then built a solo catalogue led by “Go for Soda,” “Patio Lanterns” and “Rock N Roll Duty.” His key solo albums include Akimbo Alogo and Shakin’ Like a Human Being. In the late 1970s, Max Webster opened arena concerts for Rush in Canada and the United States. Mitchell later toured with a full rock band under his own name, building sets around his solo work and songs from Max Webster.
