Kimberley Locke is an American pop and R&B singer born in Hartsville, Tennessee, in 1978. She became known as a finalist on the second season of American Idol, finishing third, and later released the debut album One Love, featuring the single “8th World Wonder.” Her catalogue also includes the album Based on a True Story and the holiday recording “Up on the Housetop.”

In 2003, she appeared throughout the televised performance rounds of American Idol before joining the season’s other finalists for an arena run across the United States. The American Idols Live! Tour gave Kimberley Locke her first national concert itinerary.
