King King in Royal Leamington Spa

King King are a Scottish blues-rock band formed in Glasgow in 2008 and led by singer and guitarist Alan Nimmo. Their catalogue includes the albums Take My Hand, Standing in the Shadows, Reaching for the Light, Exile & Grace and Maverick, as well as songs such as “Rush Hour” and “You Stopped the Rain.” In 2014, King King toured Britain as the support act for John Mayall, introducing the band to audiences in theatres around the country. They subsequently built their own club and theatre tours in Britain and mainland Europe, and in 2017 they opened Thunder’s UK arena tour.
