Kings of Leon in Laughlin

Kings of Leon are an American rock band formed in Nashville in 1999 by brothers Caleb, Nathan and Jared Followill and their cousin Matthew Followill. Their music draws on Southern rock, garage rock and alternative rock. After early albums including Youth and Young Manhood and Aha Shake Heartbreak, they became best known for “Sex on Fire” and “Use Somebody” from Only by the Night. The band headlined Glastonbury Festival in 2008 and recorded a 2009 arena performance for the concert film Kings of Leon: Live at the O2 London. They followed with the Mechanical Bull Tour in 2014 and played arenas on the WALLS Tour in 2017. Outside the United States, their headline shows have included Hyde Park in the British capital and Ireland’s Slane Castle.
