Kiwi Jr. is a Canadian indie rock band formed in 2015 by Jeremy Gaudet, Brohan Moore, Mike Walker and Brian Murphy after the musicians moved from Charlottetown, Prince Edward Island. Their albums include Football Money, Cooler Returns, Chopper and Blowin’ Up. The band plays jangle-pop and power-pop driven by interlocking guitars, keyboards and Gaudet’s quick-fire vocals; Dan Boeckner of Wolf Parade produced Chopper, adding synthesizers and drum machines to the group’s sound. While developing Football Money, Kiwi Jr. played regularly around Toronto.
