Klone in Rüsselsheim am Main

Klone are a French progressive rock and metal band formed in Poitiers in 1995. Their music moved beyond the heavier groove and death-metal sound of their early work toward the atmospheric writing heard on Here Comes the Sun, Le Grand Voyage and Meanwhile. Vocalist Yann Ligner and guitarist Guillaume Bernard are central to the band’s sound. In 2016, Klone recorded an acoustic performance at the Théâtre de la Coupe d’Or in Rochefort, later released as Unplugged. They returned to a full-band format for extensive European dates and supported Devin Townsend on the 2023 Lightwork tour. In France, Klone have performed at Hellfest in Clisson and at Motocultor Festival in Saint-Nolff.
