Koffin Kats & Voodoo Glow Skulls in Brooklyn

Koffin Kats are an American psychobilly band formed in Detroit in 2003. They play fast punk and rockabilly built around upright bass, guitar and drums, and are known for songs including “Vampire’s Curse” and “Graveyard Tree” and albums such as Inhumane, Drunk in the Daylight and Born of the Motor. Koffin Kats have toured North America and Europe repeatedly, concentrating much of their live work in clubs and at psychobilly festivals. Their touring partners have included Nekromantix and The Reverend Horton Heat. The group performs as a trio led by Vic Victor on upright bass and vocals.

Voodoo Glow Skulls are an American ska-punk band formed in Riverside, California, in 1988. Their fast hardcore rhythms, prominent horn section and bilingual lyrics are captured on albums including Firme, Baile de los Locos and Band Geek Mafia, as well as songs such as “Shoot the Moon” and “El Coo Cooi.” Voodoo Glow Skulls played multiple editions of the Vans Warped Tour during the 1990s and 2000s. They later performed at Punk Rock Bowling in Las Vegas.
