Konvent in Copenhagen

Konvent are a Danish death-doom metal band formed in Copenhagen in 2015. Built around low-tuned guitars, heavy bass and Rikke Emilie List’s guttural vocals, they are known for the albums Puritan Masochism and Call Down the Sun. Konvent played Roskilde Festival in 2019, before their first album was released. The band subsequently toured European clubs and appeared at Copenhell, bringing the same four-piece format to both headline dates and metal festivals. Outside Denmark, Konvent have performed at Roadburn in Tilburg and Hellfest in Clisson.
