Korine is an American synth-pop duo formed in Philadelphia in 2017 by Morgy Ramone and Trey Frye. Their music draws on new wave, darkwave and electronic pop, documented on the albums New Arrangements, The Night We Raise and Tear and in songs including “Elegance & You,” “Burn the World” and “Cold Heart.” Korine performed at the Substance festival in Los Angeles in 2022, then brought their synth-led duo set to European venues and Wave-Gotik-Treffen in Leipzig.
