Artist
Kottonmouth Kings are an American rap-rock group formed in Orange County, California, in 1996. Their music pairs hip-hop with punk and metal guitars, while cannabis culture is a recurring subject in their lyrics and imagery. The albums Royal Highness, High Society and Rollin’ Stoned produced staples including “Suburban Life,” “Bump,” “Tangerine Sky” and “Positive Vibes.” Kottonmouth Kings played the Vans Warped Tour during their early album years and joined Insane Clown Posse’s Wicked Wonka Tour in 2003, whose lineup also included Bone Thugs-n-Harmony and Tech N9ne. Their later festival history included performances at the Gathering of the Juggalos.
